Our Preschool offers an emergent, play-based curriculum that incorporates Aistar and Síolta. Aistear is the early childhood framework for children from birth to six years. The framework uses four interconnected themes which helps teachers plan for and provide enjoyable and challenging experiences for all children. Síolta is a set of national quality standards for early childhood education. Síolta is a quality assurance programme that enhances the quality of early childhood experiences.

Children are given the opportunity to explore their surroundings, experiment with materials and engage in free play. Curious Minds believe that children learn best through play. This builds confidence, creativity, while they learn about a wide variety of things in an age appropriate way.

Our highly qualified and dedicated teachers aim to foster a love of learning in the children and to establish the foundations of literacy and numeracy in a fun, happy and structured environment.

Curious Minds offers a fantastic Afterschool service. We are available to pick up children who attend the listed Primary Schools, making it easier for working parents to manage their schedules. Our Afterschool program provides homework supervision, where our staff will give gentle guidance when necessary, ensuring that your child completes their homework effectively.

Along with this, our Afterschool program provides a range of stimulating activities. We involve the children in designing the activities they would like to do, such as Arts & Crafts, puzzles, and sports. This not only keeps them engaged and entertained but also promotes their creativity, social skills, and physical well-being.

We also offer Halloween, Mid-term, Easter and Summer camps, which are not confined to children attending our after school clubs. These camps provide additional opportunities for children to explore new interests and have fun in a supportive and enriching environment.
